How does it work?

• You continue to order goods, take delivery and receive invoices for payment from Suppliers.
• A copy of the invoice or statement is sent to CEL (Collective Enterprises Ltd) (the central billing organisation).
• CEL send you a consolidated statement for all your invoices.
• CEL collect one payment from you based on the monthly statement.
• CEL pay the Suppliers.
• Collection and payment is through (BACS).
