Not only has he been able to quietly get on and deliver a number of sizeable but quick tactical cost savings, but by listening carefully to requirements he has been able to introduce a great deal of innovation that has supported the brand in reducing costs.
In a year of providing the service, Tony and the Prestige team have already reduced itsu’s supply base costs by over 5%, and are now working on a distribution plan that will yield around the same amount again in the months to come.
Of course all this has enabled itsu to make more margin, but perhaps more vitally it has been able to focus on the mission critical jobs of keeping customers delighted and creating growth.
