She likes solving problems so much that from 0700 every day her job is to take away the problems from the operators, and manage them end-to-end until fully resolved, keeping everyone apprised of progress along the way of course.

And because itsu also use Prestige Purchasing for their e-procurement and their supply chain management Maria is able to enter invoice changes, and deliver valuable information to her colleagues in the Prestige team to help manage improved supplier performance.
