A range of key competencies have been developed that
reflect the commercial needs of businesses. They can be used to assist
Clients to determine the Core Competence needs of Purchasing, Sales or
Technical teams. A core competence set is identified for an individual /
team (normally four to six competencies). Individuals are normally
assessed through a one to one structured interview to understand their
strengths and development potential.
A development programme is developed to redefine the team’s commercial
capability and raise their skill level to meet the business objectives.
We have developed 13 technical and 9 interpersonal/behavioural
competencies. Competence Assessment can be utilised to develop existing
teams, during the recruitment process and consultancy projects.
