A comprehensive review of the performance of procurement activity within a client, the identification of gaps to world class, and the systematic development of a measurable future strategy with defined financial goals over time. The Review is carried out in a highly collaborative manner with our client to ensure that future strategy is both well understood and “bought into” by the Procurement Team and all of its Key Stakeholders.
